Description
The 8MP HD CCTV Balun is a video power audio/data transmitter and receiver that allows the transmission of real time CCTV HD video, power, audio and data via cost effective unshielded twisted paired (UTP) cable. Baseband (composite) audio signals of any type are supported.
It is compatible with all HDTVI, HDCVI, AHD and CVBS analog cameras. It is used in pairs which eliminates costly and bulky coaxial cable. The superior interference rejection and low emission allow video signals to coexist in the same wire bundle as telephone, Datacom or low voltage power circuits. This allows the use of a shared or existing cable plant.
It has an in-built surge suppressor to protect video equipment against damaging voltage spikes. Its crosstalk and noise immunity ensure quality video signals.

High-Resolution Support: Transmits 720P, 1080P, 3MP, 4MP, 5MP and up to 8MP high-definition video.
Long-Distance Transmission: Uses twisted-pair cables (CAT-5/5e/6) to extend video signals up to 400 meters for some AHD/CVI devices and 150-200 meters for TVI devices, providing more flexibility than traditional coaxial cable.
Power Transmission: If you are using a camera with power, the pair of baluns will also manage the power from the source to the camera.
Broad Camera Compatibility: Works with HD-CVI, HD-TVI, AHD and CVBS (analog) camera systems.
Superior Signal Quality: Features gold-plated BNC connectors for improved transmission quality and signal integrity over long distances.
